Ireland Vs Netherlands Women’s T20 2023: The Ireland Women’s cricket team is gearing up for an exciting tour of the Netherlands starting next week. The three-match T20I series against the Dutch will kick off on Monday, August 14th at the VRA Ground in Amstelveen.
Ireland, currently ranked 10th in the ICC women’s T20I rankings, will be led by experienced captain Laura Delany.
Delany expressed excitement about the young talent in the Irish squad, particularly 18-year-old Freya Sargent who is set to make her international debut after impressive domestic and Under-19 performances.
The Dutch side, led by coach Shane Deitz, will be eager to test themselves against a skilled Irish team. They included some fresh faces from the Under 19 squad last year to add youthful energy.
